Futura Società Cooperativa, with registered office in in Via Verona, 10 – 31046 Oderzo (TV), is the owner of the
processing of personal data belonging to users of this site (hereinafter “Data Controller” and “Site”), and as such
informs you of the purposes and methods for the processing of personal data acquired during your browsing of the
site or that you may communicate for the use of services.
NB – This information is given in compliance with the European and Italian regulations on the protection of
personal data and refers only to the Site and not to third-party websites that may be reached via links on the Site

CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer applications and software procedures used to run this Site acquire, during their normal operation,
some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF TREATMENT, NATURE OF DATA SUPPLY AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL
The Controller will process your data to facilitate navigation and to provide the services you may have requested
through the forms specially prepared on the Site. Apart from that specified for navigation data and technical
cookies, within the sections of the Site set up for particular services at your request you will be free to provide your
personal data for the purposes set out in the respective information, but their failure to provide may make it
impossible to obtain the requested service.
